About Us

The  Anti Genocide Parliamentary Forum (AGPF-RWANDA) was established on 8th May 2015 with a mandate to initiate and Coordinate the efforts of institutional Cooperation at National and International level aiming at toughening up with acts of denial, revisionisms and trivialization of 1994 Genocide against Tutsi, acts that had been identified in Rwanda, in the region and at international level.

The Forum also has a vision of “a Global Society free from genocide, genocide ideology, mass atrocities and especially denial and revisionism of 1994 genocide against Tutsi”

The Mission of the Forum is “raising awareness, advocating and lobbying for prevention of 1994 genocide denial, negationism and trivialisation and networking for a common fight against genocide ideology, mass killings and atrocities worldwide”.

The forum has also thought of Core Values that would guide and help to achieve its intended missionthese cores are: Commitment of members and partners, Global partnership, Humanity, Openness in mind, and Empathy.
