Kamonyi Guest House, phase 1
The project was funded by the Government of Rwanda (GoR) through LODA; the construction contract was entrusted to ECOME Ltd and the supervision to TRUST DESIGNERS CONTRACTORS ENGINEERING OF VISION LTD for the amounts of 351.685.306 Frw and 3,956,540 FRW, respectively. The starting date was 30/12/2014 and the duration of the contract was 6 months.
KAMONYI Guest House District Construction work consisted of:
Construction of a building consisting of a hall, a space for the bar-restaurant, kitchen, dressing rooms, space for sauna and massage, as well as washrooms;
Construction of 3 bungalows ;
Construction of a fence and a gate ;
Landscaping (access means, parking and gardening).
The contracted and supplementary works were completed within the agreed period and paid in the budget of the initial contract. A saving of a total amount of 43,961,596 Frw was realized. This amount was reallocated on complementary works that was not initially planned
