Excavation and cleaning of the road platform
In line with providing durable and sustainable urban transport infrastructures, KICUKIRO District in partnering with ASSETIP, initiated an ambitious project of construction works of asphalt road RUBIRIZI-BUSANZA (5.832km) which connects KANOMBE and NYARUGUNGA sectors of KICUKIRO District. The project is funded by the Government of Rwanda, the works started on 18/05/2015 for a period of 9 months. The Construction contract was awarded to “Horizon Construction Ltd” and the supervision to “PRISMA Consult” for the amounts of 4,129,519,533 Frw and 39,277,480 Frw, respectively.
