Construction works of Multi-purpose Hall
The project consisted of a multipurpose hall that accommodates about 600 people at the ground - to - floor and a small upstairs room that can accommodates about 200 people.
Funded by KICUKIRO District, the contract was entrusted to “ECBRH Ltd” and the supervision services to “LANDALE Ltd”, respectively for the amount of 350,838,303FRW and 6,700,000 FRW.
The project started on 07/05/2014 with contract duration of 6 months.
Despite the delays experienced by the construction company in the execution of works; the works were completed and the Multipurpose Hall was inaugurated on 22/01/2016.
After the revision of bill of quantities, a saving of 60,000,000 Frw was made. The amount has been kept by the District .
