Amb. Soline Nyirahabimana: Profile
Amb. Soline Nyirahabimana is the Minister of State in charge of Constitutional and Legal Affairs in the Ministry of Justice since 26th February 2020. Prior to this nomination, she has served at various positions: the Minister of Gender and Family Promotion, the Rwanda’s Ambassador to Switzerland and Permanent Representative to UN Geneva Office; the Minister in the Office of the President; the Director General in charge of Legal and Constitutional Affairs in the Office of the President; the Commissioner in the National Human Rights Commission. She has also worked in the Civil Society Organizations involved into uplifting women and children’s conditions, rights and positions to reach gender equality for Development.
Amb. Soline Nyirahabimana holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Law and a Master’s Degree in Gender and Development both from University of Rwanda.
